I had a retinal detachment with a vitrectomy and gas bubble. After recovering from that, my eye was almost fully blind. Dr. Katz was willing to put a new lens in my damaged eye, which can be tricky for eyes that have had a vitrectomy. I'm three days after my procedure and it's a full on miracle, I can see better with that eye than I can ever remember. 6 months into this thing and I have my eye back, I'm so grateful that there are people like Dr. Katz, who are so skilled, thank you to him and everyone at Midwest Center for Sight.
