- Dr. Rakhi Patil
Dr. Rakhi Patil is one of the board certified ophthalmologists providing superior patient eye care at The Midwest Center for Sight. Dr. Patil is an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma.
Dr. Patil received her medical degree from Rush University Medical College in Chicago. She graduated summa cum laude from Millikin University in Decatur, IL, majoring in biology and chemistry. She completed her residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago where she was Chief Resident in the Department of Ophthalmology. While at the UIC, she completed a glaucoma fellowship.
Dr. Patil is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and a member of the Chicago Ophthalmologic Society, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery as well as a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Patil specializes in glaucoma treatment and cataract surgery with intraocular lens implants.
